I have a family member who can only tolerate Just Egg and I'm so happy I stumbled upon this post. I had no idea what to make for everyone given the food sensitivity so I made the frittata and everyone devoured it. Can't wait to try the breakfast quesadillas next. Great ideas.

I've always been doubtful that Just Egg can actually taste like real eggs, so I bought a bottle to try the vegan breakfast bowl and was floored by how authentic it tasted. I'll definitely be using it more often.
