"Is it cliche to think that we'd make it out?" Bowser asked, hands up and his back turned from the killer.

"The key," the person growled. "Now."

"sh*t," Bowser sighed helplessly. He set the key at his feet and slid it behind him.

Bowser then slowly turned around to face the person, his hands still up.

"YOSHI IT WAS YOU??!!" Bowser yelled as loud as he could.

"The f*ck?" Yoshi replied with an eyebrow raised. "You need to get them old-ass eyes checked, gramps. I'm actually behind you."

"Oh sh*t, my bad," Bowser chuckled nervously.

"Yeah," Waluigi added. "It's that thing over there."

"It was so easy to fool y'all dumbasses," Birdo cackled maniacally. "Just a perfect opportunity to show you . . . MY IMPORTANCE!"

"Oh, f*ck off already," Yoshi rolled his eyes. "You're just an attention whor*. And an actual whor* too."

"Take it back," she growled.

"Hell no," Yoshi replied. "I know that puss* be gettin' passed around like a blunt."

Birdo then fired a shot a mere inches away from Yoshi's feet, who gulped loudly.

"See what happens next time," Birdo smirked.

"Yoshi what's with all this gangster talk?" Bowser asked.

"Might as well live a little before we die," he shrugged.

"Unlike you, I actually value my life," Waluigi raised his voice. "I'm getting the f*ck out."

He then tore off into the other direction and out of sight.

"Damn, that would have been a good idea," Bowser said and looked at the remaining dinos in the room.

"Aren't you going to go after him?" Yoshi asked Birdo.

"To be honest, I had to file this nail," she said stupidly.

"In that case . . . " Bowser then exploded toward Birdo and tackled her to the floor, the gun and the key getting lost in the mix.

"The key!" Yoshi gasped as it was flung out of Birdo's grip.

He leaped over and dove on the key, securing it in his hand.

"I'm out," he said and left Bowser on his own.

"What?" Bowser managed to say. "You bitch!"

"Sorry bro!" he could hear Yoshi say as he got farther out of sight.

Bowser threw Birdo across the hall and into some random painting. He then ran after the others.

. . .

After some running, Bowser stopped in front of Waluigi and Yoshi.

"What are you doing?" Bowser hissed.

"I don't know how to put the key in!" Yoshi whined like a baby.

Bowser angrily snatched the key from Yoshi's hand and slammed it into the lock.

"Good sh*t, Bowser," Waluigi said, impressed.

He then opened the door.

"What the hell?" Yoshi squinted his eyes down the tunnel.

Waluigi took out his phone and touched the flashlight icon.

"Hey, you know this isn't the actual mansion, right?" Bowser told them.

"Explains why there's literally NOTHING in this tunnel," Waluigi frowned as the tunnel became visible.

"How the hell do we get back?" Bowser panicked. "She's gonna be back here any second."

"I've got an idea," Yoshi grinned.

. . .

"You've gotta be kidding me," Waluigi groaned. "There is no way I'm doing this."

"Shut up!" Yoshi snapped at him. "It's our only way out."

They were standing on a small ledge. The large black abyss surrounded them.

"This is the best idea you have?" Bowser face-palmed himself. "I knew I shouldn't have gotten my hopes up."

"Trust me," Yoshi replied. "I know what I'm doing."

Then the dino leaped off the edge, getting smaller and smaller until he was out of sight.

"He actually did it," Waluigi couldn't believe it.

Bowser's eyebrow raised as he heard footsteps behind him . . .

"Hey guys, ya miss me?" Birdo evilly laughed.

"Hey . . . " Waluigi looked at Bowser for what to do, but he didn't even look at him.

"Well it's the end of the line for two of you, I need Bowser for my full plan to go into effect."

Bowser's eyes just about popped out of his head.

"And what the f*ck would that be?" Bowser asked, a little scared to know the answer.

"That's all for now," Birdo replied quickly and loaded the gun.

"Wait, where's Waluigi?" Bowser loudly said, needing more time.

"Umm, what?" Birdo answered, confused.

Waluigi was also missing from the ledge.

"He's over there!" Bowser pointed in the opposite direction.

Birdo whipped her head around but she didn't see anyone. She then turned back around and realized Bowser was gone as well. Then she ran over to the ledge and looked down. She could faintly see a spiky shell shrinking in size.

"God dammit," she rolled her eyes.

SLAM!

"Damn that was a big fall," Bowser groaned. "Luckily my shell could take the impact."

"Get the hell up already," Yoshi hissed.

With that being said, he got up and followed Yoshi.

"How'd you guys survive anyways?" Bowser was clueless.

"I just did my flutter-kick near the bottom and caught Waluigi," Yoshi said as if it were nothing but the norm in a day's work.

"Anyways, we're back in the real mansion," Waluigi informed them. "This key should also open the front door."

They climbed up the basem*nt stairs and arrived right at the front door.

"She also has this "plan" to do something bad, but she wouldn't tell me," Bowser said.

"That's great to know," Yoshi had his eyes glued to the door as he was attempting to unlock it.

"Long story short is that all of us can't die. There may be something greater at risk," Bowser warned.

"Okay, that's great and all but I’m just focused on getting out of here alive," Waluigi crossed his arms.

"Well we will get outta here because this bitch is un . . . locked," Yoshi said as he unlocked the door.

However, he tried to open the door but it didn't budge.

"Yo, there might actually be bricks or some sh*t behind this," Yoshi said.

Bowser stepped up and unloaded a large breath of fire. The door melted from the heat until it was completely gone.

"The hell? There ARE bricks!" Bowser yelled in shock.

"Can you get rid of them?" Waluigi hastily asked.

"Of course I can," Bowser went to work. He examined the bricks for a few seconds. Then he poked out a random one from the center, which caused all of them to collapse.

"That was easy," Yoshi said, impressed. "You must be good with Jenga Towers."

"I was a pro back when I was in my prime," Bowser cracked his knuckles.

"Prime?" Waluigi raised an eyebrow.

"No questions," Bowser barked.

They walked through the pile of bricks and made their way outside.

"It's about time," Birdo yawned from a wooden bench. Her legs were crossed and she was tapping away on her phone.

"Are you kidding me?" Bowser groaned. "How the hell did you get out here?"

"It was easy," she shrugged. "I designed the whole thing ya know."

Yoshi and Waluigi looked at Bowser for what to do, but he just shrugged.

"So who wants to go first?" she asked as she pointed the gun at them.

"I'm pretty sure you need us alive for your plan," Bowser stalled.

"I actually don't," she said bluntly. "I actually need you alive only. So who's it gonna be?"

They were silent, just exchanging glances.

"Fine," she rolled her eyes. Then she fired a shot that went right between Yoshi's eyes. The blood spatter also got on Bowser and Waluigi.

"sh*t!" Waluigi winced from the impact. Yoshi's body fell backwards and landed directly on his back on the pavement.

"Hey, nobody said anything," Birdo shrugged, blowing smoke from the barrel.

"Eww," Waluigi tried wiping Yoshi' blood off of himself.

"You're next," she growled and fired a shot into Waluigi's chest, sending him to the ground.

"What the hell is wrong with you?" Bowser yelled at her but she just started walking away.

"Don't let her complete . . . the plan," Waluigi whispered before he rolled over and became motionless.

"sh*t," Bowser sighed and slumped helplessly.

"Come with me," Birdo said, pointing the gun in Bowser's direction as she clicked a button on her phone. Instantly, a large green pipe rose up from the ground. In defeat, Bowser trudged behind her into the pipe. . .

. . .

Waluigi groaned in immense pain, holding his chest. It really was a miracle that the bullet didn't hit any major artery or organ.

"This bullet's gotta come out," he thought.

He took deep breaths as he felt the piece of shrapnel. He was surprised it wasn't that far in, but it was still a challenge. Once he felt it, in one swift motion he yanked it out.

"AHH!" he winced. He squinted at the piece of shrapnel in his bloodied hand and flung it into the grass.

The sheer pain caused him to hunch over and collapse to the ground. His vision began to fade. But right before he went unconscious, his eyes caught a large green pipe . . .
